Carefully Tested & Inspected

Every Apex OOB item is evaluated before it is listed so you can understand exactly what you are buying.

Our four-step inspection process

  1. Identify the item and components. We compare the product, accessories, and packaging with the available product information.
  2. Inspect the condition. We check for damage, packaging issues (some items may be re-boxed), and missing parts.
  3. Bench test when applicable. We test practical functions and included components that can be safely verified in our warehouse.
  4. Document the results. We disclose the condition, known issues, and missing components in the listing (if any).

Our testing is a practical resale inspection, not manufacturer certification or a promise of unused condition. Unless otherwise stated, photos are representative of the product and are provided to show the general condition, features, and included components. The item you receive may differ slightly in cosmetic appearance while remaining consistent with the listing description.

Product Grading Guide

Grades summarize condition alongside—not instead of—actual-item photographs and listing-specific disclosures.

GRADE: NEW / OVERSTOCK

Condition: Perfect, shelf-ready condition.

Details: Brand new items that were never sold or opened.

Packaging: Comes in the original, retail-ready box.

GRADE A — LIKE NEW

Condition: Flawless condition with zero signs of use.

Details: Items look completely untouched, pristine, and clean.

Packaging: Comes in the original retail box with all parts.

GRADE B — VERY GOOD

Condition: Excellent condition with only minor cosmetic wear.

Details: May show very light scuffs or hairline scratches from minimal handling.

Packaging: May include original or replacement packaging with all essential items.

GRADE C — GOOD / FAIR

Condition: Fully functional with moderate, visible wear.

Details: Shows clear signs of previous use like scratches, scuffs, or small dents.

Packaging: May come in a generic box or be missing non-essential accessories.

GRADE D — VALUE / HEAVY WEAR

Condition: Heavily used with significant cosmetic damage.

Details: May have deep scratches, large dents, or minor cracks that do not stop operation.

Packaging: Shipped in a generic brown box and may require secondary parts.

GRADE F — SALVAGE / PARTS ONLY

Condition: Non-functional or severely damaged item sold entirely as-is.

Details: Broken, missing core components, or strictly intended for mechanical parts.

Packaging: Ships safely packed without retail boxes or standard accessories.
